近年来,随着我国社会经济的迅速发展,目前所兴建的写字、办公楼均从过去那种单纯使用功能要求变得日益注意舒适、美观、大方、气派、豪华,装饰档次越来越高。本文通过某高级写字楼实例,详细介绍了正确选择装饰材料以及具体的施工技术处理方法。对其中具有特殊功能要求的部位,因地制宜地全方位考虑设计及施工的特殊要求,从而在保证美观的同时,又达到实用的要求。
