城郊接合部学校地处城市的边缘地段,交通不太便利,学生生源结构较为复杂,家长素质偏低,学校设施设备相对简陋,师资队伍年轻,经验和敬业水平有待提高,加之历史、客观和现实等社会原因,一直以来,教育教学质量和市中心的热点学校相比较,均有不小的差距,这就造成了学生和家庭择校之风愈演愈烈。在追求教育公平的今天,如何提高城郊接合部学校的教育教学质量,本文进行了一些思考和探索,提出了只有按照国家实现中小学标准化的要求,在设施设备、师资配备、管理水平、接纳学生等方面,给予城郊接合部学校和热点学校等同的教育资源,甚至政策更为倾斜等措施,以期能对城郊接合部学校的发展有所帮助。
