对51例原发性脊髓空洞症进行肌电图与神经电图观察,并以正常人作对照,结果病人组与对照组尺、正中神经运动传导速度、正中神经F波传导速度分别为55.57±6.87m/s,53.91±7.18m/s,37.12±9.91m/s和57.56+5.26m/s,54.19±5.46m/s,61.67±9.13m/s。两组尺、正中神经运动传导速度无显著性差异(P<0.05).F波传导速度则有显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示肌电图改变结合F波测定对原发性脊髓空洞症有辅助诊断价值。
Fifty-one patients with primary syringomyelia were observed electromyogram and electroneurogram, and the control group was normal. The results showed that the motor nerve conduction velocity and median nerve F wave velocity were 55 and 55 respectively in the patient group and the control group. 57 ± 6.87 m / s, 53.91 ± 7.18 m / s, 37.12 ± 9.91 m / s and 57.56 + 5.26 m / s, 54.19 ± 5.46 m / s, 61.67 ± 9.13 m / s. There was no significant difference in motor conduction velocity between the two groups (P <0.05). F wave velocity was significantly different (P <0.01). Prompt EMG changes combined with F-wave determination of primary syringomyelia have auxiliary diagnostic value.
