对５１例原发性脊髓空洞症进行肌电图与神经电图观察，并以正常人作对照，结果病人组与对照组尺、正中神经运动传导速度、正中神经Ｆ波传导速度分别为５５．５７±６．８７ｍ／ｓ，５３．９１±７．１８ｍ／ｓ，３７．１２±９．９１ｍ／ｓ和５７．５６＋５．２６ｍ／ｓ，５４．１９±５．４６ｍ／ｓ，６１．６７±９．１３ｍ／ｓ。两组尺、正中神经运动传导速度无显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）．Ｆ波传导速度则有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示肌电图改变结合Ｆ波测定对原发性脊髓空洞症有辅助诊断价值。
Fifty-one patients with primary syringomyelia were observed electromyogram and electroneurogram, and the control group was normal. The results showed that the motor nerve conduction velocity and median nerve F wave velocity were 55 and 55 respectively in the patient group and the control group. 57 ± 6.87 m / s, 53.91 ± 7.18 m / s, 37.12 ± 9.91 m / s and 57.56 + 5.26 m / s, 54.19 ± 5.46 m / s, 61.67 ± 9.13 m / s. There was no significant difference in motor conduction velocity between the two groups (P <0.05). F wave velocity was significantly different (P <0.01). Prompt EMG changes combined with F-wave determination of primary syringomyelia have auxiliary diagnostic value.
