随着国产柴油机制造质量和使用性能的不断提高,其经济性、动力性及可靠性等优势逐渐被汽车厂家和汽车用户所认可,柴油机已成为中型客货车的首选动力。柴油机与汽油机存在差异,因此,使用和维护上有一些特殊要求。由于有些用户对柴油机缺乏全面了解,使用、维护不合理,降低了柴油机的使用寿命,甚至经常出现烧瓦、捣缸和损坏曲轴等恶性事故。为了提高柴油机的使用和维护水平,延长寿命、提高社会效益,兹将柴油机日常使用和维护的要点分述如下,以飨同行。
