二十一世纪的教学理念指出,高中英语课堂教学必须要具有个性化和高效化,英语教师必须准确掌握学生个体的需求,并尊重学生个体之间的差异性,遵循“以人为本”的教学原则,进而对学生开展具有较强针对性的教学活动。本文就将根据当前的高中英语教学现状,对个性化高效课堂教学模式展开分析,希望本文对高中英语教师有所启发
