基于ANSYS有限元软件,对中厚板轧制过程中的夹杂物变形进行数值模拟分析,通过厚度方向的压下传递,解决了微小夹杂物的建模问题,获得了更为准确的数据结果。还分别对MnS和Al2O3软硬两种夹杂物进行数值分析,得到了不同夹杂物产生裂纹缺陷的过程,为更好地控制轧制过程中的夹杂物形态及钢板内部裂纹萌生提供了理论计算基础。
Based on the finite element software ANSYS, the numerical simulation analysis of the inclusions deformation in the process of plate rolling was carried out. The problem of modeling the tiny inclusions was solved through the reduction and transmission in the thickness direction, and the more accurate data was obtained. In addition, the numerical analyzes of both soft and hard inclusions of MnS and Al2O3 were carried out respectively, and the defects of different inclusions were obtained, which provided the theoretical basis for better controlling the morphology of inclusions and the initiation of internal cracks in the steel. .
