2003年10月下旬,越南胡志明国家政治学院岘港分院代表团应邀来中共陕西省委党校考察访问。其间,双方共同举办了“中国改革开放与越南革新开放国际研讨会”。岘港分院副院长阮洪山博士等介绍了越南革新开放的成就及重要经验,陕西省委党校副校长李向国等介绍了中国共产党的改革开放观和中国经济、政治体制改革的成就及走向。两国学者的研讨交流,使与会同志受益匪浅。现将研讨会上的发言全文刊登,以飨读者。
In late October 2003, a delegation from Da Nang Branch of the Ho Chi Minh School of National Politics in Vietnam was invited to visit CPC Shaanxi Provincial Party School. In the meantime, the two sides jointly held the “China Reform and Opening up and Vietnam International Conference on Innovation and Opening.” Vice Director of Da Nang Branch Dr. Ruan Hongshan introduced the achievements and important experiences of Vietnam in its reform and opening up. Li Xianguo, vice chancellor of Shaanxi Provincial Party School and his party introduced the achievements and trends of the Communist Party of China in reform and opening up and the reform of China’s economy and political system. The discussion and exchange between scholars of the two countries benefited the participating comrades. The full text of the seminar presentations are published in order to readers.
