为了满足天然气净化处理要求,中海油湛江分公司东方终端先后建设了三套脱碳装置,目前均已正常运行。三套脱碳装置的脱碳原理和主要流程基本相同,但在设计细节、设备选型等方面又各自存在一些特点。在多年的生产运行过程中,三套脱碳装置均出现了不同程度的问题,本文从生产运行者的角度,在总结大量生产经验教训的基础上,对东方终端脱碳状况及三套脱碳装置工艺设计特点进行了对比分析,指出东方终端三套脱碳装置工艺设计方面的优点与不足。
In order to meet the requirements of natural gas purification and treatment, CNOOC Zhanjiang Branch Oriental Terminal has built three sets of decarbonization devices, which are currently in normal operation. Three sets of decarbonization decarburization principle and the main process is basically the same, but in the design details, equipment selection and other aspects of their respective existence of some features. In many years of production and operation, three sets of decarburization devices have appeared in varying degrees of problems. This article from the production runner’s point of view, based on a large number of production experience and lessons learned, based on the decarbonization of the East Terminal and three decarbonization Device process design features were compared and analyzed, pointing out the East Terminal three sets of decarbonization device process design advantages and disadvantages.
