同工酶是指那些生物催化功能相同或蛋白质结构相近、分子组成却不尽相同的酶类.近年来,在遗传育种的生化分析方面,应用同工酶的分析研究已很广泛,特别是引用酶谱分析的方法鉴别无性系,有其独特之处.一、材料与方法1.供试材料我所70年代采用银白杨(Papulus alba L.)与河北杨(P. hopeiensis Hu et chow)的花枝进行切枝水培、室内人工控制授粉杂交方法,获得了F_1代杂种苗木.经多年繁殖成无性系测试林,在112个系号中选择了5个优良无性系进行过氧化物酶同工酶的测试分离.
