10 装药与填塞10.1 炸药的搬运 《规程》规定: (1)用人力往药室搬运炸药时,每人每次搬运量不得超过一箱(袋),搬运工人行进中,应保持1m以上的间距,上下坡时应保持5m间距。 (2)往药室运送炸药时,不准与雷管同时混合运送。 (3)对起爆体、起爆药包或已经接好的起爆雷管,只准爆破员携带运送。 炸药的搬运应参照GB6722《爆破安全规程》的有关规定执行。要特别提出的是,起爆体、起爆药包或已经接好的起爆雷管,只准爆破员携带运送。因为起爆体一般是将优质炸药、雷管或导爆索等起爆材料,装在特制的起爆箱内组成。起爆体感度较高,稍有不慎,将会造成早爆或拒爆事故,因此只准训练有素的爆破员携带运送。
10 Charges and Packing 10.1 Handling of Explosives The Regulations stipulate: (1) When carrying explosives manually to the medicine room, the handling volume per person shall not exceed one box (bag) per day, and the handling workers shall keep a minimum of 1m Pitch, up and down the slope should be maintained 5m spacing.
