1 病历摘要患者男性,40岁,1991年7月9日住院,病历号24182。患者在将四乙基铅溶液从大容器往小容器灌装时,玻璃容器爆裂,致使四乙基铅溶液喷溅在面部及四肢上,同时有挥发蒸气吸入,顿时感到被沾染处剧痛,双眼灼痛,视物模糊,咽痛,口干,恶心欲吐,头晕,在现场用自来水冲洗不足5min,伤后40min后被护送入院。查体:T36.0℃,P96次/min,R20次/
