为纪念改革开放30周年,反映税收在促进社会经济发展、国家民生进步等方面的重要作用,国家税务总局办公厅和中国税务杂志社联合举办了“税收·发展·民生”征文活动。2008年第四期《中国税务》刊出征文启事后,得到了广大读者的积极响应,各类稿件纷至沓来。他们中有税务干部、纳税人,也有学校教师、学生,尤其值得一提的是,很多小学生也拿起笔来记录发生在自己身边的税收故事,更有不识字的农民、纳税人以口述的形式讲述自己的涉税经历,其言朴实,其情真切,为我们留下了一幕幕难忘瞬间……从本期开始,我刊将陆续从来稿中择优刊登,以飨读者。同时,希望有更多的读者加入到撰写征文的行列中。
