新编高中语文第五册《殽之战》对先轸“不顾而唾”释为“不顾是在君前”、“不顾君臣之礼”,改掉了“不回头(面对襄公)”的旧注。笔者却认为新注是一大进步,符合“信”、“雅”、“达”,准确可靠,通畅合理,易于理解而不生。因为原注似乎注意了“顾”的本义,但难免望文生义之弊,略为牵强。现就“顾”的义项探究如下: 顾(《辞海》第1985页) 1.回看;瞻顾。掉头不顾,义无反顾。 2.视;看。顾名思义,顾影自怜。 3.照顾;照管。如顾此失彼。 4.顾惜;眷顾。如奋不顾身,毫无顾忌。
