目的:建立特益乳膏的微生物限度检查方法。方法:依据《中国药典》2010年版二部细菌检查采用平皿法,霉菌、酵母菌检查采用薄膜过滤法,控制菌检查采用培养基稀释法。结果:平皿法用于特益乳膏的细菌计数,薄膜过滤法用于霉菌及酵母菌计数,加菌回收率符合要求。结论:建立的方法准确、可靠,可用于特益乳膏的微生物限度检查。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a microbial limit test method for special benefit cream. Methods: According to “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” 2010 edition of the two bacterial test using the plate method, mold, yeast inspection using membrane filtration method, control bacteria test using the medium dilution method. Results: The plate method for the benefit of cream bacterial count, membrane filtration method for the count of molds and yeasts, bacteria recovery rate to meet the requirements. Conclusion: The established method is accurate and reliable, and can be used for microbial limit test of special benefit cream.
