我国产权市场正以组建区域共同市场为突破口,由地区分割逐步走向全国统一。经济专家指出,统一的步伐并非一蹴而就。长期以来严密的行政区划造就的地区利益分割,决定了这种开放和统一必须分阶段进行。在发展市场经济的共同利益驱使下形成的长江流域、黄河流域、东北、西北、西南、环渤海等经济协作区域,为首先组建区域共同市场,尔后走向全国统一市场创造了条件。今年7月在上海浦东揭牌的长江流域产权交易共同市场,率先印证了这一认识。这个由青海、四川、江西、湖南、福建、安徽、江苏、重庆、上海等9个省、直辖市发起的共同市场,立刻得到与长江经济带密切相关
