微信公众平台作为图书馆移动服务的重要模式之一,已经被越来越多的图书馆所采用,然而其在基层公共图书馆的应用状况却鲜少受到关注。对福建省区县级图书馆的微信公众平台开通及服务情况进行调查分析,并从微信基本信息的完善、消息推送的数量和质量、微信业务功能的丰富和服务资源的拓展等方面提出相应对策,可以为基层公共图书馆的微信建设提供有效参考。
As one of the most important mobile library services, the micro-channel public platform has been adopted by more and more libraries. However, its application in grass-roots public libraries seldom pays attention. This paper investigates and analyzes the opening and service status of WeChat public platform in prefecture-level libraries in Fujian province and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of improving the basic information of WeChat, the quantity and quality of push messages, the enrichment of WeChat business functions and the expansion of service resources , Which can provide an effective reference for the construction of WeChat of grass-roots public libraries.
