這次會議,從四月一日開始,十三日結束,正式會議開了十天。傳達了全國財經和糧食會議的精神,總結了一九五四年的工作,肯定了成绩,批判了缺點,並在發揚民主、開展批評与自我批評的基礎上,對全国糧食會議精神和本省如何貫徹糧食‘三定’政策作了認真細緻的討論,使所有与會人員對糧食‘三定’的重要意義有了較明確的認識;大家在發言中一致表示堅决擁護中央這一措施,對省上提出‘三定’的實施意见也提供了許多補充和修正意見。同時,會議中對統銷補課、組織建设、接收合作社代辦的糧食業務,以及夏糧統購價格、糧食調撥等工作也作了研究討論;對省、專兩級的領導也提了不少的批評和建議,因而這次會議基本上達到了預期的目的。但由於幹部水平低和時間短促的限制,對中央的精神領會还不够深刻,今後必須繼續鑽研,認真貫徹。現
