美国一个研究小组发现,每天只需和他人闲聊10分钟,就能提高记忆力,并且实验人群在智力测验中的得分也会显著提高。研究人员表示,社交活动和传统的提高记忆以及智力水平的做法同样有效。
A research team in the United States found that simply chatting with others for 10 minutes a day can improve memory and the experimental population scores significantly more in intelligence tests. Researchers say social activities are as effective as traditional ways of improving memory and intelligence.
