本文研究了25CrMnMo钢渗硼层高温磨损特性。结果表明,渗层磨损机制以疲劳剥落为主,兼有磨粒磨损。升高温度、增加载荷,磨损率增加。在850℃时,磨损失重随摩擦速度增加而减小;950℃时,则相反,磨损失重随摩擦速度增加而增大。
In this paper, high temperature wear properties of 25CrMnMo steel were studied. The results show that the mechanism of wear layer is dominated by fatigue spalling, with abrasive wear. Increase the temperature, increase the load, increased wear rate. At 850 ℃, the wear loss decreases with the increase of the friction speed. At 950 ℃, the wear loss increases with the increase of the friction speed.
