为稳定球墨铸铁生产,进一步确定球墨铸铁生产工艺参数,我们通过对球墨铸铁QT60—2化学成份、组织、球化分级及机械性能等各因素间的相关关系,测绘出各相关因素间的关系图线,从图线可看出一些基本倾向,进而找到了球墨铸铁生产中一些分析统计规律,对球墨铸铁生产有一定的指导意义。我厂使用的生铁以本溪生铁为主,辅以甘肃三九生铁,大量进行球墨铸铁生产,年平均产量达500吨左右,最高年产量可达800吨左右。生铁含硫量要求小于0.05%,球墨铸铁原铁水含硅量一般控制在1.0~1.3%之间。球化剂为大同稀土硅铁镁合金Re—Mg7—8或Re—Mg9—10,加入量为1.4~2.0%,孕育剂为75
In order to stabilize the ductile iron production and further confirm the production parameters of the ductile iron, we plotted the relationship between the relevant factors through the correlation between the chemical composition, organization, balling grading and mechanical properties of the ductile iron QT60-2 Line, some basic trends can be seen from the chart, and then find some of the production of ductile iron production statistics and statistics, ductile iron production has some guiding significance.
