各位代表:我省档案学会的筹备工作,是根据国家档案局的部署和中国档案学会筹委会几次会议精神进行的。在省委、省政府的重视和关怀下,在中国档案学会筹委会、省档案局、省社联的指导下,经过一年来的筹备,省档案学会第一次会员代表大会今天开幕了。在这次会上,将要通过学会章程,选举产生学会理事会,正式成立省档案学会。现在,我受筹委会的委托,向到会的代表报告我省 Distinguished Delegates: Preparations for the Provincial Institute of Archives are conducted in accordance with the arrangements of the State Archives Bureau and the several meetings of the Preparatory Committee of China Archives Association.
