一次批阅学生周记时,我发现班里不少学生都反映本班的数学老师在课堂上爱发脾气,尤其对成绩较差、表现不好的学生批评起来毫不留情。这让不少学生对其产生了不满情绪,甚至有个别学生在周记里说要罢课。这件事引起了我的高度重视,因为一旦处理不好,会让已经紧张的师生关系继续恶化,后果将不堪设想。深思熟虑之后,我决定把主动权交给学生。我们约定在班会课上进行讨论,主题就是运用所学的矛盾分析法来评价“我的同学和老师”。
Once I reviewed the student diary, I noticed that many students in the class reflected the classmate’s math teacher who lost his temper in class. In particular, students who did poor grades and did not perform well criticized them mercilessly. This made many students feel dissatisfied with it and even some students said in a weekly note that they would stop the strike. This incident has aroused my great attention, because once handled properly, will make the already strained relationship between teachers and students continue to deteriorate, the consequences will be disastrous. After careful consideration, I decided to give the initiative to the students. We agreed to discuss the class class, the theme is to use the contradiction analysis to evaluate “my classmate and teacher ”.
