中西医结合儿科是一门重要的临床学科,该学科教学通常是临床课程后期开展,一些内容和中医内科学有一定重复,同时学生需抽出时间准备考研、就业,不利于学生学习。当前,医学院校在中西医结合儿科见习带教中应用PBL教学法取得较好成效,而该教学方法的应用对带教教师提出更高要求。一方面,带教老师需要有扎实的儿科临床知识,要充分扮演好辅导者、组织者、计划着、学习伙伴等角色;另一方面,带教教师需具备良好的临床带教能力,具有丰富的临床教学经验,且需有较强的临场应变力和学生沟通能力,可有效把握好教学方向及节奏。此外,不断强化自身知识的学习,在课余时间去收集临床研究资料,挑选代表性病例,有针对性的设定临床问题,以实现中西医结合儿科优质高效的见习带教。本文在以往教学经验基础上探讨PBL教学方法在当前中西医结合儿科见习带教中的应用情况,以期为中西医结合儿科的见习带教给予一定指导。
Pediatrics Integrative Medicine is an important clinical discipline, the discipline teaching is usually carried out late clinical courses, some content and Chinese medicine has some overlap, at the same time students need to take the time to prepare PubMed, employment, is not conducive to student learning. At present, the PBL teaching method is used by medical colleges and universities to achieve better results in pediatric trainee teaching in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. However, the application of this teaching method places higher demands on teaching teachers. On the one hand, teaching teachers need to have a solid pediatric clinical knowledge, to fully play a good mentor, organizers, planning, learning partners and other roles; the other hand, teaching teachers need to have good clinical teaching ability, with rich Clinical teaching experience, and requires a strong on-the-spot response and student communication skills, can effectively grasp the teaching direction and rhythm. In addition, continue to strengthen their own knowledge of learning, in the spare time to collect clinical research data, select representative cases, targeted clinical issues set to achieve the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine pediatric quality and efficient trainee. Based on the previous teaching experience, this paper discusses the application of PBL teaching method in current pediatric trainee teaching in TCM and WM, with a view to giving some guidance to the trainee teaching of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
