90年代将是中国经济发展的关键时期,当今世界格局的演变必将对我国的对外开放产生重大影响.为了使我们立于不败之地,防范于未然,本刊发表了国务院发展研究中心宏观部部长陆百甫的文章“九十年代中国经济与对外经贸发展”.该文从几个方面分析了我国对外经贸事业发展所面临的历史性机遇及有利、不利条件,作者指出:只有进一步扩大对外开放,才是振兴我国经济的唯一途径.
