目的:检测锌指结合蛋白(zinc finger E-box-binding protein,ZEB1)在自然流产患者绒毛和蜕膜组织中的差异性表达。方法:选取2010年3月到2011年3月在我院妇产科门诊进行人工流产的患者,分为正常人工流产(对照组50例)和自然流产(实验组50例)两组,两组年龄和孕周间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用荧光实时定量PCR(qRT-PCR)技术检测在绒毛和蜕膜组织中ZEB1 mRNA的表达量。结果:自然流产患者绒毛(0.835±0.047)中ZEB1的表达量低于对照组(1.942±0.095),自然流产患者蜕膜(0.65±0.058)中ZEB1的表达量低于对照组(1.13±0.084),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:绒毛及蜕膜组织中ZEB1的异常表达可能参与自然流产的发生发展过程。
Objective: To detect the differential expression of zinc finger E-box-binding protein (ZEB1) in villi and decidua in patients with spontaneous abortion. Methods: March 2010 to March 2011 in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology outpatient abortion patients, divided into normal abortion (control group of 50 cases) and spontaneous abortion (experimental group of 50 cases) two groups, two groups There was no significant difference in age and gestational age (P> 0.05). The expression of ZEB1 in spontaneous abortion patients (0.65 ± 0.058) was lower than that in control patients (1.13 ± 0.084) , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Abnormal expression of ZEB1 in villus and decidua may be involved in the occurrence and development of spontaneous abortion.
