以山东青岛市董家口某16×104 m3大型LNG预应力混凝土储罐为研究对象,利用ADINA建立大型LNG储罐的有限元模型,采用夹层橡胶垫作为储罐的隔震装置,对隔震储罐进行地震响应分析,对比分析隔震前后储罐内外罐的地震响应,考虑夹层橡胶支座参数第二形状系数对储罐地震响应的影响,并对LNG储罐隔震后的经济效益进行初步分析。研究结果表明:夹层橡胶支座即隔震装置不但能够有效地控制储罐内外罐的地震响应,而且可以产生良好的经济效益,但是,夹层橡胶支座第二形状系数的改变对减震率的影响很小。研究成果对于更详细地了解隔震储罐的地震响应具有重要的工程意义,且对夹层橡胶支座的生产参数的选择和设定也具有很好的借鉴意义。
Taking a large 16 × 104 m3 LNG prestressed concrete storage tank in Dongjiakou, Qingdao, Shandong as a research object, a finite element model of a large LNG storage tank was established by using ADINA. An interlayer rubber pad was used as a seismic isolator for the storage tank. The seismic responses of the tank were analyzed. The seismic response of the tank inside and outside the tank before and after the isolation was analyzed. The research results have important engineering significance for understanding the seismic response of the isolated tank in detail, and also have a good reference for the selection and setting of the production parameters of the laminated rubber bearing.
