目的:探讨肿瘤抑制蛋白Kiss-1和黏附分子E-cadherin在胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤中的表达及相关性。方法:采用免疫组化PowerVision二步法检测20例正常早孕绒毛、15例葡萄胎、15例绒癌、10例胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤(PSTT)中Kiss-1和E-cadherin的表达情况及相关性。结果:Kiss-1、E-cadherin在正常早孕绒毛、葡萄胎、PSTT、绒癌中表达呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Kiss-1、E-cadherin在正常早孕绒毛和葡萄胎的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在PSTT中表达低于正常早孕绒毛和葡萄胎中表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PSTT和绒癌的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Kiss-1和E-cadherin在正常早孕绒毛、葡萄胎、PSTT、绒癌中表达呈正相关(r=0.627,P<0.05)。结论:Kiss-1和E-cadherin低表达或表达缺失可能在PSTT的浸润和转移过程中发挥重要作用,二者具有协同作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor protein Kiss-1 and adhesion molecule E-cadherin in placental trophoblastic tumor. Methods: The expression of Kiss-1 and E-cadherin in 20 cases of normal early pregnancy villi, 15 cases of hydatidiform mole, 15 cases of choriocarcinoma and 10 cases of placental trophoblastic tumor (PSTT) were detected by immunohistochemistry PowerVision method. Sex. Results: The expression of Kiss-1 and E-cadherin in normal early pregnancy villi, hydatidiform mole, PSTT and choriocarcinoma showed a downward trend, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression of Kiss-1 and E-cadherin in normal early pregnancy was no significant difference (P> 0.05), but the expression of Kiss-1 and E-cadherin was lower in PSTT than that in normal early pregnancy (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of PSTT and choriocarcinoma (P> 0.05). Expression of Kiss-1 and E-cadherin in normal early pregnancy villi, hydatidiform mole, PSTT and choriocarcinoma was positively correlated (r = 0.627, P <0.05). Conclusion: The low expression or loss of Kiss-1 and E-cadherin may play an important role in the infiltration and metastasis of PSTT, and they have synergistic effects.
