交通事故现场勘查对特征数据采集和重建分析鉴定至关重要。笔者设计构建了一套基于双目立体视觉原理的便携式交通事故现场快速勘查系统,通过对普通定焦数码相机进行预标定的方式实现交通事故现场无标尺勘查取证,现场处理数据输出现场图,测量误差小于1%。系统勘测数据为目标点的三维坐标,可直接用于事故现场的三维重建。该系统工作耗时短,可缓解现场勘查引起的交通拥堵,可实现补测、勘误等二次处理,适用于重特大交通事故现场的勘查取证工作。
Traffic accident scene investigation of the characteristics of the data acquisition and reconstruction of the identification is crucial. The author designs and constructs a set of portable accident scene quick survey system based on binocular stereoscopic vision principle. Through the method of pre-calibrating the ordinary fixed-focus digital camera, it realizes the scene without scale survey and evidence gathering in traffic accident scene. The error is less than 1%. System survey data for the target point of the three-dimensional coordinates can be directly used for the reconstruction of the scene of the three-dimensional. The system takes a short time and can alleviate the traffic congestion caused by the site survey, and can be used for secondary processing such as make-up test and errata correction. It is suitable for the work of prospecting and evidence collection on the scene of heavy traffic accidents.
