英语专业学生就业难,除了和目前高校总体毕业人数剧增等大环境因素外,英语专业学生消极就业心理也对就业造成一定的影响。本文通过对三届英语专业学生就业情况和就业心理进行调查,分析其心理方面存在的问题,为广大英语专业学生顺利就业提供一些良好的心理准备和心理调试依据。
Difficulties in employment of English majors, in addition to the current total number of college graduates and other major environmental factors, the negative employment of English majors also created some employment implications. Through the investigation of the employment status and employment psychology of the three English majors, this article analyzes the psychological problems and provides some good psychological preparation and psychological adjustment basis for the successful employment of English majors.
