基于逆磁致伸缩效应的索力测量是一种无损、非接触的索力测量方法,可用于钢缆索的应力测定及状态监测。从磁致伸缩的基本原理出发,给出了套筒式索力传感器的理论模型,并利用万能拉力机完成了传感器的拉力实验。理论推导和拉力实验表明,采用该类磁路结构的传感器实现索力测量是切实可行的,实际工程应用结果进一步表明了该传感器的有效性。
Cable force measurement based on inverse magnetostrictive effect is a nondestructive, non-contact cable force measurement method that can be used for stress measurement and condition monitoring of steel cables. Starting from the basic principle of magnetostriction, the theoretical model of the sleeve-type cable force sensor is given, and the tension test of the sensor is completed by using the universal tensile machine. The theoretical derivation and the pull test show that it is practicable to use this kind of magnetic circuit sensor to realize the cable force measurement. The practical engineering application further shows the effectiveness of the sensor.
