针对煤炭电子支付市场竞争激烈的现状,文章分析了影响煤炭电子支付用户的满意度的因素,进一步构建了电子支付方式客户满意度评价指标体系,用层次分析法分析各层次指标的权重,并以第三方支付作为研究对象,对其客户满意度进行模糊综合评价,最后根据评价结果对提高电子支付方式的客户满意度提出了一些建议。
