吉建设〔2012〕16号各市州建委(住房城乡建设局),长白山管委会住房城乡建设局,各施工图审查机构:为加强城市轨道交通工程施工图审查管理,确保施工图审查质量,住房城乡建设部办公厅近日下发了《关于加强城市轨道交通工程施工图设计文件审查管理工作的通知》(建办质〔2012〕25号)(以下简称《通知》)。为更好地贯彻《通知》精神,现将《通知》转发给你们,并提出以下落实意见。
