本文用Formasfor—D 膨胀仪研宄了不同原始组织对SiMnCrNiMoV 钢相变点(A_(c3))的影响。结果表明,相变点因原始组织而异。球化退火组织加热时的A_(c3)点最高;而以某一温度固溶组织再加热时的A_(c3)点为最低,相变点的变化幅度及其规律取决于钢的成份及原始组织的球化程度。
In this paper, Formasfor-D dilatometer was used to study the effect of different original microstructure on the phase transition point (A_ (c3)) of SiMnCrNiMoV steel. The results show that the phase change point varies with the original tissue. The point of A c3 is the highest when heated by spheroidizing annealing, and the point A c c is the lowest when reheated at a certain temperature. The change range of the phase change point and its rule depend on the composition and original The degree of organization of the ball.
