采用小鼠断颅和结扎小鼠双侧颈总动脉及结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉并人工降压的方法,复制急性脑缺血模型。结果表明脑复灵(20g·kg-1)可明显延长小鼠断颅后的喘息时间,延长双侧颈总动脉结扎致脑缺血小鼠的存活时间。脑复灵能提高大鼠急性脑缺血30min时的血浆、海马和皮层组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,降低丙二醛(MDA)的含量。提示脑复灵对脑缺血有保护作用
The acute cerebral ischemia model was replicated by the method of mouse severing and ligation of bilateral common carotid arteries and ligation of bilateral common carotid arteries in rats and artificial decompression. The results showed that naofiline (20g·kg-1) can significantly prolong the wheezing time after cranial fractures in mice and prolong the survival time of cerebral ischemic mice caused by bilateral common carotid artery ligation. Brain Folin can increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in plasma, hippocampus and cortex tissue and decrease the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in rats with acute cerebral ischemia for 30 minutes. It is suggested that brain-fuling has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia
