本文报告222例肝郁脾虚证患者血浆环核苷酸测定,呈cAMP 含量降低,cGMP含量升高,cAMP/cGMP比值下降的规律变化。
This paper reports the measurement of plasma cyclic nucleotides in 222 patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome, which shows a decrease in cAMP content, an increase in cGMP content, and a regular decrease in cAMP/cGMP ratio.
