In order to implement the “Technical Key Points for Comprehensive Utilization of Coal Gangue” promulgated by the State Economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry of Science and Technology, and to promote the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue, the Department of Industry Management of the State Administration of Coal Industry, entrusted by the State Economic and Trade Commission for Resources Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization, December 1999 December 12 held in Tai’an, Shandong national experience in the exchange of coal gangue brick technology.
