近年来靛酚法定氮在国内外已广泛应用。在测定方法上有的提出加催化剂,但是需在水浴里加热几十分钟或放置2小时发色,有的需在不断搅拌或萃取后发色。对土壤样品中干扰离子的消除,有的提出用酒石酸盐作掩蔽剂,但有的依旧用蒸馏分离,有的用沉淀分离过滤后发色,操作较麻烦。本文采用大剂量酒石酸盐掩蔽干扰离子,在室温条件下(10—30℃)快速发色(只需3分钟)其吸光度可稳定1小时。本方法直接用于土壤中氮的测定,其测试范围:0.01—1%,回收率:96-
