目的通过对重点行业石材加工业中职业卫生管理工作的现况调查,了解目前上海市嘉定区职业卫生监督工作的现状,为提高嘉定区职业卫生监管工作的整体水平提出工作建议。方法对已经纳入监管的40家石材加工单位和随机抽取未申报纳入管理的40家作坊式单位进行调查,通过问卷与现场调查相结合的方式开展职业卫生管理状况调查,并委托检测机构对其中40家单位进行职业病危害因素的检测。结果嘉定区石材加工行业中,近半数的单位在职业卫生管理工作中存在管理机构设立缺失,管理人员、管理制度不全的现状;对从业人员健康监护不到位,上岗前、在岗期间、离岗前职业健康检查率分别为58.7%、54.0%、27.8%;职业病危害因素粉尘、噪声的检测合格率分别为82.5%和15.0%;卫生行政管理人员和石材加工人员的卫生知识知晓程度达到好的仅为10.1%和27.8%。结论目前,嘉定区石材加工在职业卫生管理工作方面存在诸多问题,故针对调查发现的问题,结合职业卫生管理工作提出相关的工作思路,为今后职业卫生管理工作提供科学的依据。
Objective To investigate the current status of occupational health supervision in stone processing industry in key industries and to find out the status quo of occupational health supervision in Jiading District of Shanghai at present and to put forward suggestions on how to improve the overall level of occupational health supervision in Jiading District. Methods A total of 40 stone processing units that have been included in the supervision and 40 workshop-based units that were not included in the management were surveyed. The survey of occupational health management status was carried out through a combination of questionnaires and on-site investigations. Home units for occupational hazards detection. Results In Jiading district stone processing industry, nearly half of the units in the occupational health management work in the absence of the establishment of management agencies, management personnel, management system is incomplete; status of employees in health care is not in place, pre-job, during the post, before leaving the job Occupational health examination rates were 58.7%, 54.0% and 27.8%, respectively. The occupational disease risk factors of dust and noise were 82.5% and 15.0%, respectively. Health-care administrators and stone-processing workers had only a good knowledge of hygiene knowledge 10.1% and 27.8%. Conclusion At present, there are many problems in the stone sanitation of Jiading District in terms of occupational health management. Therefore, in view of the problems found in the investigation, relevant work ideas are put forward in combination with occupational health management so as to provide a scientific basis for future occupational health management.
