创建“节水型高校”是节水型社会和节约型校园建设的重要载体,省教育厅、省水利厅号召全省高校行动起来,积极完成高校创建达标任务。水平衡测试工作是创建节水型高校活动中一项重要内容,是开展创建活动的必要条件。通过水平衡测试进行数据统计、汇总分析,查找跑冒滴漏现象,建立健全节水管理制度,早日达到“节水型高校”创建目标。
