WAU办公室位于深圳蛇口。所在建筑原为渔港旁的一栋多层工业仓库,建筑的南侧正对渔港码头,西侧为渔港修船厂。旧工业遗产的更新改造为这个传统渔港注入了新的社会活力。办公室位于工业仓库中的第三层,局部夹层,总建筑面积为460平方米。在对原建筑的更新改造中,遵循最少干预原则。在节约工程造价的同时能更好地保留工业遗存的空间特质。办公室被设计成一个开敞的大空间。南侧6米通高的空间被更新改造成交流及沙龙共享空间,局部抬高0.5米,形成一个观景
WAU office is located in Shekou, Shenzhen. The building was originally a multi-storey industrial warehouse beside the fishing port. The south side of the building faces the fishing port terminal and the west side is the fishing port shipyard. The renovation of the old industrial heritage has injected new vitality to this traditional fishing port. The office is located on the third floor of an industrial warehouse with a partial sandwich with a total gross floor area of 460 square meters.
