应用有机地球化学的方法,进行陆相油源及含油气盆地有机质沉积环境等研究中,岩石芳烃组份中(艹北)的地球化学特征,引起了一些研究者的重视,国内已见有这方面的报导。有关(艹北)的分离和测定,曾有人使用薄层法,先从芳烃组份中制备出“(艹北)”馏份,然后再用紫外或荧光光谱法测定(艹北)的含量。但是,由于薄层板效所限,使得“(艹北)”馏份中尚存其他化合物,直接影响了定量分析。为此,我们在芳烃组份分离试验的基础上,开展了对岩石芳烃中(艹北)的高效液相色谱测定方法的研究。
In the research of terrestrial oil source and organic matter depositional environment of petroliferous basins, the geochemical characteristics of the aromatic components of rock (艹 North) have attracted great attention of some researchers due to their application in organic geochemistry.
