目的:探讨内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)和细胞色素P450(芳香化酶)在雄性SD大鼠性成熟期睾丸中的表达及意义。方法:选取出生后5周、7周和10周的雄性SD大鼠各6只,左侧睾丸行石蜡切片,运用免疫组化ABC法观察eNOS和P450在雄性SD大鼠性成熟期睾丸中的表达变化情况。结果:出生后5周、7周和10周,睾丸间质细胞胞质eNOS和P450免疫反应阳性,阳性程度皆为(+++)、(+)和(++);精母细胞胞质eNOS和P450免疫反应阳性表达,但细胞数量较少,且无规律可循。结论:在性成熟期雄性SD大鼠的睾丸间质细胞中,随着性成熟发育的进展过程,eNOS和P450的表达强弱有所不同,且两者具有关联性。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and cytochrome P450 (aromatase) in the testes of male SD rats during sexual maturity. Methods: Six male Sprague-Dawley rats were selected at 5 weeks, 7 weeks and 10 weeks after birth. Paraffin sections were made on the left testes. Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to observe the expression of eNOS and P450 in testis of sexual maturity in male SD rats Express changes. Results: The cytoplasmic eNOS and P450 immunoreactivity of testicular stromal cells were positive (+++), (+) and (++) at 5 weeks, 7 weeks and 10 weeks after birth. The sperm cytoplasm eNOS and P450 immunoreactivity positive expression, but the number of cells less, and no law to follow. CONCLUSION: The expression of eNOS and P450 in different stages of sexual maturation in testicular stromal cells of sexual maturity male SD rats is different, and the two are correlated.
