讨论了经济波动与增长极限这两个国际性问题。从实证研究出发,我们无法回避按规范研究社会主义经济并不存在的这两大问题作者研究的态度是严肃的,故研究的结论也是可读的。
Discussed two international issues: economic fluctuations and growth limits. Starting from the empirical research, we can not evade the fact that the study on the two major issues that do not exist in accordance with the norms of socialist economy is serious and the conclusion of the study is also readable.
