工程机械动力传动系统的传动效率是制约整机性能的重要因素,在实际工作过程中,会有相当一部分能量消耗在传动系统,形成一定的功率损失,从而影响了整机的传动性能。驱动桥是将转矩分配到行走机构的重要传动部件,驱动桥的功率损失对整个传动系统的效率会产生重要的影响。研制的试验台可以在驱动桥空载时,进行平衡温度及功率损失试验。分析了驱动桥能量损失的原因,为改进驱动桥的设计提供了技术支持。
Transmission efficiency of construction machinery drivetrain system is an important factor restricting the performance of the whole machine, in the actual work process, there will be a considerable part of the energy consumed in the transmission system, the formation of a certain power loss, thus affecting the transmission performance of the machine. The transaxle is an important transmission component that distributes the torque to the traveling mechanism. The power loss of the transaxle has a significant impact on the efficiency of the entire driveline. The developed test bench can carry out the equilibrium temperature and power loss test when the drive axle is no-load. The reason of energy loss of the driving axle is analyzed, which provides technical support for improving the design of driving axle.
