健身指导员是职业倦怠的高发群体,通过实地调查和问卷调查,从个体因素角度研究自贡市健身指导员职业倦怠问题。结果表明:该市健身指导员普遍存在职业倦怠;男性健身指导员成就感比女性更低,但情绪衰竭较女性轻;30~40岁的健身指导员职业倦怠最严重;随学历提升,健身指导员情绪衰竭减轻,自我成就感增强;随周课时数增加,健身指导员职业倦怠愈加严重;已婚健身指导员存在去个性化问题和严重情绪衰竭,而未婚者成就感低;从事有氧健身操、街舞、器械的健身指导员情绪衰竭严重;以经济效益为从业动机的健身指导员情绪衰竭最严重,但其个人成就感最高。
Fitness instructor is a high risk group of job burnout. Through field investigation and questionnaire survey, the author studies the problem of job burnout of fitness instructors in Zigong from the perspective of individual factors. The results show that: the city’s fitness instructors generally occupational burnout; male fitness instructors lower sense of accomplishment than women, but emotional exhaustion than women; 30 to 40-year-old fitness instructors the most serious job burnout; with academic credentials, fitness instructors to reduce emotional exhaustion , Self-fulfillment increased; with the weekly hours increased, fitness instructors job burnout more serious; married fitness instructors exist to personal problems and severe emotional exhaustion, and unmarried people have a low sense of accomplishment; engaged in aerobics, hip-hop, instrumental The fitness instructors experienced serious emotional exhaustion. The fitness instructors whose motivation was economic benefit were the most severely emotionally exhausted, but had the highest personal accomplishment.
