国内影视旅游目的地以影视基地为主。目前影视基地数量有增无减,各基地之间竞争日趋激烈。尽管影视基地可带动多个产业的发展,但影视基地投资巨大、受影视潮流不确定性、文化内涵缺乏等影响,风险性加大。影视拍摄是影视旅游产业的根基,考虑到影视剧组选择拍摄地需要流动性的特点,各地需要采取长效措施吸引剧组入驻,对优秀影视作品进行预先贴补以吸引剧组是优选的竞争举措,不仅具有迫切性,也具有可行性。
