新生代农民工应用文培训课程作为新生代农民工课程培训体系中的一门新兴课程,其在教学活动实施的侧重点方面尚处于探索阶段,结合调研情况及教学实践来看,教学目标应侧重于可操作性,教学内容应侧重于实用性,教学方法应侧重于讲授法,教学评价应侧重于诊断性。只有教师找准课程教学的切入点,方可在课堂中实现高质教学,赢得教学对象的认可与好评。
As an emerging course in the training system of new generation migrant workers, the new generation of migrant workers’ practical training courses are still at the exploratory stage in the implementation of teaching activities. According to the research and teaching practice, the teaching objectives should focus on Operability, teaching content should focus on practicality, teaching methods should focus on teaching law, teaching evaluation should focus on the diagnosis. Only teachers find the entry point for curriculum teaching, only in the classroom to achieve high quality teaching, teaching objects to win the recognition and praise.
