从国内企业履行社会责任的基本情况出发,认为国内对企业社会责任的认识存在偏差和混乱,通过构建卡罗尔的企业社会责任模型为基础的中国企业社会责任状态模型,帮助企业确定所处的社会责任状态,促使企业真正地履行相应的社会责任,实现经济效益和社会效益的均衡,并最终提升企业的竞争优势,实现企业的长远发展。
Based on the basic situation of domestic enterprises in fulfilling their social responsibility, the author thinks that domestic understanding of corporate social responsibility is biased and chaotic. By building Carroll’s corporate social responsibility model as a model of state-owned CSR in China, Social responsibility, prompting enterprises to truly fulfill the corresponding social responsibility, to achieve a balance between economic and social benefits, and ultimately enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises and achieve long-term development of enterprises.
