目的 介绍应用TSRH 后路手术矫治小儿脊柱侧凸的体会。方法 本组共15 例, 男5例, 女10 例, 年龄11~15 岁, 平均年龄13.2 岁。特发性脊柱侧凸8 例, 神经纤维瘤所致的脊柱侧凸5 例, 先天性脊柱侧凸1 例, 脊柱后凸1 例。15 例均获随访。结果 15 例患儿均经脊柱后路植入TSRH 器械, 术前侧弯Cobb’s 角平均62°, 术后为22°, 平均矫正率为65 % 。结论 TSRH 器械对矫治脊柱侧凸40°~60°的患儿矫形效果满意, 具有操作方便, 植入器械稳定性好及安全性高等特点
Objective To introduce the application of TSRH posterior surgery for pediatric scoliosis. Methods A total of 15 cases in this group, 5 males and 10 females, aged 11 to 15 years, mean age 13.2 years. 8 cases of idiopathic scoliosis, 5 cases of neurofibromatosis scoliosis, 1 case of congenital scoliosis and 1 case of kyphosis. All 15 patients were followed up. Results All 15 children underwent posterior spinal instrumentation with TSRH instruments. The mean Cobb’s angle of preoperative flexion was 62 ° and postoperative was 22 ° with an average correction rate of 65%. Conclusion The TSRH instrument is satisfactory for the correction of 40 ° ~ 60 ° scoliosis in children with convenient operation, good stability and high safety of implanted instruments
