21世纪是个信息爆炸、科技发达、社会快速变迁的新时代,全世界兴起改革的浪潮。自2001年7月2日《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》(以下简称《纲要》)颁布以来,幼儿教育改革进入整体改革并向纵深发展,这必然要求执行者的教育思想和观念与之相适应。教师教育观念作为教师素质的核心倍受关注。因此,如何在幼儿教育改革中树立科学的儿童观并将之转化为教育行为,就成了师资培养的当务之急。
The 21st century is a new era of information explosion, advanced science and technology, and rapid social changes. The world is beginning to witness a wave of reforms. Since the promulgation of “Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline (Trial)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Outline”) on July 2, 2001, the reform of early childhood education has entered the overall reform and has been developed in depth. This necessarily requires that the educational thoughts and concepts of perpetrators adapt. The concept of teacher education attracts much attention as the core of teacher quality. Therefore, how to establish a scientific outlook on children in early childhood education reform and turn it into an educational act has become a top priority for teacher training.
